There be elephants

Day 29: Friday 17 February

It feels easier to stare straight ahead. Safer.

Not knowing if there’s an elephant in the room behind you.

But eventually you’re going to have to look.

Because the elephant, if it’s there, usually sits between you and the next room you need to get to.

And if you avoid looking, you’ll go nowhere.

The elephant, in my case, is unmeasured a sustainable business?

I need an elephant wrangler. I’m not sure what sort.

I need to work on that.

Time for new experiments.

Experiments to poke the elephant. To see if it’s real or a mirage.

To see what sort of wrangler I might need.

Working on it. Despite feeling flat.

A weekend to avoid pondering the pachyderm.

For fresh eyes and mind next week.
